  • We do a weekly class on Mondays for 4 weeks. Class is roughly 3 hours long—although I’m always happy to take more time if the class needs it, and replays are available if you have a conflict.

    You also get a 1/2 hour, one-on-one private session with me each week!

    As long as you show up and stay present — that should be all the time you need to commit.

  • Each class is recorded, and I send out the recording immediately following the class, so you can watch when you’re able and prepare that week’s assignment. 

  • I always cap the class at 10 and prefer a smaller class so I can spend more time with everyone individually.
